Fontana
The facility has 13 single and 46 double rooms, divided into ground floor and two floors, equipped with an elevator and its own gym. It is connected by heated corridors to the physical therapy building, restaurant, swimming pool, and other parts of Toplica. There is a doctor and a nurse/technician on each floor.
Double rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the century-old park, providing peace and quiet, while single rooms offer privacy to each guest. Each room has a bathroom and a television. An advantage of the facility is that thermal water is available in every room, allowing guests to use it individually according to their needs. Rooms are equipped with televisions and free internet access.
The facility is divided into two parts - new and old. In the new part called Fontana jug, there are renovated double rooms categorized with 3 stars, featuring bathrooms with showers, while in the other part, double rooms have bathrooms with bathtubs. All single rooms have showers in the bathrooms.
The accommodation facility is intended for users who do not require continuous care and assistance 24 hours a day.
A tourist tax of €0.93 / 7.00 kn per day per person is payable for staying in categorized rooms.

Dependence
The Dependence Department has a capacity of 39 beds and consists of 18 double and triple rooms. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a television. Users have access to a special area for relaxation and socializing. The department also features a gym, hydrotherapy facilities, and is connected via a heated corridor to the physical therapy area and restaurant. Free internet access (WiFi) is available, along with a separate area with a computer and a reading room.
Visiting hours are from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Department II
The department is located in the Kurhotel on the second floor, where patients who partially require the care of another person are accommodated.
The department has a capacity of 33 beds, with patients accommodated in 16 double and single rooms. There is a restaurant with a tea kitchen in the department, which also serves as a common area where patients can watch TV or play board games. Most physiotherapy sessions are conducted within the department, which is equipped with a gym, paraffin therapy, hydrotherapy baths with lifts for patients, and a handicap-accessible restroom for personal hygiene. Patient care is organized 24 hours a day, with staffing levels adjusted to the needs of partially dependent patients.
Free internet access (WiFi) is available in the department.
Visiting hours are from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Department III
There is a designated area in the department for patients to fulfill their religious needs if they are unable to visit the hospital chapel, and arrangements for religious needs can be made in the patient's room in consultation with the head nurse of the department. Families wishing to stay with the patient for longer periods can arrange accommodation in the same department or in another department of the hospital, thereby participating in patient care and receiving education on caring for the patient after discharge from our facility.
In addition to hydrotherapy, the department has a gym for patients and paraffin therapy. Intensive care is provided 24 hours a day, with staffing levels tailored to the needs of patients dependent on assistance.
Visiting hours are from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Department IV
The ward is designed for patients requiring minimal assistance in self-care. Each patient in the ward has their own doctor and nurse, and healthcare is organized 24 hours a day and tailored to the patients admitted to the department.
Visiting hours are from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Access to healthcare is based on valid documents:
- health insurance card;
- supplementary insurance card;
- referral from a primary care physician;
- approval from the medical commission
Patients are admitted for rehabilitation treatment at Toplice Lipik in accordance with the regulations of the Croatian Institute for Health Insurance.
Patient admission is carried out on weekdays from 08:00 to 12:00.
During their treatment, patients are entitled to meals according to their beliefs. The type, quantity, and quality of food, depending on the nature of the illness, are determined by the physician in each specific case. Dietary requirements prescribed to patients are recorded on a temperature sheet. Patients for whom a specific dietary regimen is prescribed should not consume food prepared outside of Toplice.
Smoking is not allowed within the premises of Toplice Lipik.
Patients can only be discharged from Toplice by a physician. Patients cannot be detained for inpatient treatment against their will.
Patients have the right to lodge complaints and compliments regarding the work and behavior of the medical and other staff at Toplice Lipik. Oral complaints and compliments should be addressed to the department head or chief nurse. Written complaints are recorded in the Complaints Book located at the Reception Office or in the suggestion box for compliments and complaints located in the Physical Therapy building. When making complaints and compliments, patients are encouraged to provide their full name.
If patients are not satisfied with the actions taken by responsible staff, they can contact the director of Toplice Lipik. The director is obligated to promptly respond to the complaint and inform the complainant in writing of the actions taken, no later than within 3 days.
Visits to patients are allowed from 16:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, and from 15:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
During treatment at Toplice, ambulatory patients can attend religious ceremonies in the chapel at a mutually agreed time with the religious community.
Patients of other faiths receiving treatment at Toplice Lipik, who are unable to satisfy their religious needs in the chapel or patient room, may request a visit from a priest or religious official for religious ceremonies, upon their request or at the request of their relatives, provided they inform the chief nurse of the department in advance.
Patients and guests staying for accommodation or hospital treatment should leave money, jewelry, and other valuables at home, as Toplice Lipik does not assume responsibility in case of loss or theft.
