The programme starts with an examination performed by a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, who indicates physical therapy. Nursing documentation is also maintained. After an initial physiotherapy assessment, the patient undergoes physiotherapy procedures. The general condition and progress of the patient are continuously monitored throughout the programme in all domains of the team members and changes are implemented if needed. Individual or group physiotherapy exercises are performed to reduce pain and increase strength, endurance and mobility.
